Though the video of Harry Styles and Emily Ratajkowski making out in Tokyo shocked fans when it went viral on the Internet this past weekend, maybe it shouldn't have.
According to a source for People, the two have long been acquainted with each other, even before locking lips: "Harry and Emily know each other," the insider told the outlet. "They have been friendly for a while."
The source added that the model is also "friendly" with Styles's ex Olivia Wilde, whom he dated from late 2020 to November 2022.
In a video of Styles and Ratajkowski published by the Daily Mail, the two can be seen kissing while leaning against a van in Tokyo, where the "Watermelon Sugar" singer recently performed during his worldwide Love on Tour concert series.
